MATERIALS
J&L Shutters Inc. warrants that Permex Shutter material will not chip, split or rot for the lifettime of the product. The material is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty applies to original purchaser only and also providing the shutters are installed on the house they were originally intended. Any and all product defects caused by improper or inadequate installation are not covered by this warranty.

PAINT
J&L Shutters warrants the paint will not peel, flake or chip for the period of 10 years from the original installation date. The paint is warranted to the original installation date. The paint is warranted to the original purchaser under normal use to be free of any defects. Though J&L Shutters uses the longest lasting synthetic exterior paint available, potential fading due to increased exposure is not included under the warranty.

Other than those expressly stated herein, there are no warranties of any kind expressed or implied. It is understood that J&L Shutter's total ability will not exceed the amount of the original purchase price.
The original purchasers remedy is limited to the replacement, repair or refinishing of the defective product. Any and all cost associated with the returns of product to J&L Shutters including reinstallation and freight are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
